I just wanted to say "Thanks" for supporting those of us in need... The original boat cover I have was leaking through the seams so the hull was full of water after every rain.. With the drain plug pulled it still left me having to keep the boat tilted enough to pour out the back.
I spent a couple months searching and researching boat covers.. At times it got confusing because there's so many names for the same dadgumned thing, even within the same brand at times.. I finally had my selection down to a Carver EnduraCover Custom Performance Polyguard AquaShield and found it on Savvyboater.com for $347.19 shipped. I'll tell ya, ordering a Custom Cover online from anywhere is intimidating for me because everyone states that the "Item cannot be returned" if there's a problem...
I read a bit on the forums here awhile back while to learn how to change the engine oil, transom oil, etc on a I/O... So, I decided to give the Price Match a try and I don't think it could've been easier.. The cover was manufactured and shipped promptly direct from Carver... I got it fitted on nicely just before getting hit with an Ice storm yesterday morning...
Reading through the threads on here, it seems like there's alot of great helpful folks on here... I'd be surprised if anyone knows of a more helpful forum.
Thank you guys!!! You ROCK!!!!
Now, if I can just find a new Camper top Windshield skirt and Rear window skirt for my Bimini top to replace the torn ones, I'll be in great shape. - lol....
