I know that you have taken your share of flack recently because of your sea foam reccomendation, but it helped me. I was having problems getting my boat up to plane and the mechanic told me I needed a new stator and switch panel - $650. worth of work. You told me about sea foam and I tried it. I would stop short of saying it made my '78 motor new again, but at least its back to being the same old engine I used to know. I'm back up to plane. Thanx again.

Hi Sirs,

I´m not clear at all, how Sea Foam cleans internal parts from a carburator????
My understanding is if you have a carburator clogged main jet ,the only way to clean is to remove from engine, disassmbly and clean with special solvent...some times also using pressure air...(also paint remover)
So please, if anybody can clearify my question about Sea Foam...
Finally, in my country Venezuela, no body use Sea Foam, because it doesn´t exist...I particulary clean my engine by removing the parts...
Thanks for your patience...

Carlos Schemel
