Thanks to everyone who helped me by answering my prop questions in the spring (4-blade vs. 3-blade and related pitch questions).
I ended-up buying two aluminum 4-blade props for my 3067 Carever Santego and they transformed the boat. I now get onto plane quicker, maintain that more easily, and have also gained in top speed (go figure).
The boat is truly more enjoyable since the change from 3-blade to 4-blade props, and the info derived from the people who answered my questions allowed me to make the change with confidence.
