And there she SNOWS !!! Have 6" on the ground now and still snowing heavy. Was outside in a t-shirt yesterday The flowers and rhubarb were coming up. What a crazy swing in the weather. Supposed to be 50 again by the end of the week, go figure.

Don't dare plant any vegetables here until late May when all danger of frost is past.

Smiling... We are going through the same thing here. The 23rd of March it was 76deg and had a blizzard the 24th. Then it stayed cold for a while. Then we had another blizzard Sat. got 6in I think. Blew about 50mph so couldn't see the hood of my truck. So hopefully it will figure it's spring and warm up and get some spring showers. It's been down in the teens for about a week. Thats Nebraska weather for ya..

this sucks, i have been enjoying my shorts, had to turn on AC today, then close to freezing Wed morning. 38 tomorrow morning.

Yep,it does suck.
But we did have Yesterday!!!It was beautiful!!!
I took my 18 footer out on Lake Ontario in 2 to 4 foot waves and we even managed to catch a few 7 or 8 pound browns and a 10 pound Coho.Nothing big really,but it was a really nice shake down for a boat that I worked on all winter.

yep its gotten cold in ok too!!

my grandpa lives in town and he used to have a lil garden there, but had trouble with neighborhood pets and thieves.

now he has one at my house, i have 15 acres so i told him to just pick out a spot.

hes got it all tilled up and i thought i saw him puttin fertilizer on it when i left yesterday............he told me he was goin to wait a few more days before he planted anything, that was last weekend.

im sure hes chompin at the bit wanting to get started ..........i tried to help him the first year he had it, 5yr ago, but all he would let me do was help breaking the ground....my tractor .....and he let me till the ground a lil..his tiller , but hes stubborn and likes to do it all himself. he dont care what i take, he just wants to do it himself..................something to do i reckon.

weather station says around 25-30 in the mornin .

ill just be glad when the wind dies down some..............
