Agree bilge pump isnt the answer. Mine doesnt even work, but I barely have a cup of water trickle out the plug once removed. This is after 3 or 4 hours of skiing wakeboarding and zipping around the lake in our bow.

Previously when I did have a bunch of water, I found my water getting in from small chips in the hull. Once I sealed those the water problem was gone.

according to your profile, i believe you have a bayliner with an outboard. so I would look for cracks in the fiberglass or a leak around the garboard plug or one of the thru-hull or thru-transom fittings.
