Just chatting with Bill (HVAC) And one of the things that we discussed is,
"it was not what you said but how you say it".
It can be difficult to convey to people sometimes that I agree for the most part but dissagree over this point, or I totally dissagree, but I respect your opinion.
personally this place gives me a chance to practice the art of the small talk
as I can't delete or make changes in real life. once somethings "said its said" and It can be really difficult to backtrack your words.

Yep, we have to be careful about the words we chose as sarcasm:rolleyes: and irony;) can be difficult to express on the web.

I have one friend that you can't say anything in an email without it coming across not as intended. Another person with the exact same words would come across completely different. Just the way it is. Basically...never use sarcasm or humor and nobody will get hurt. Makes life pretty dull doesn't it?
