With the carpet cleaning kit I don't think you could go wrong with it.
We have went through a 1/2 dozen cheap ones over the years.
However back in 1999 I bought a contractors wet/dry shop vac.
In 2002 the pets water and dry food bowls got dumped over at the same time.
I told Mrs.Link to just use the hose on the shop vac in the
garage since it was already plugged in and the hose would reach through the door way.
Been playing tug of war with her on my own shop vac ever since then.:'
