The day is finally here!

Well, folks, the day for me is finally here! I am going to buy my first project boat this weekend! I should be all set with the right tools to get the trailer moving again, and I'm more excited than ever!<br /><br />I have learned so much from this forum, and i hope to learn even more when i start the hard part!<br />

same here...mine took over a year and with not the help from the guys here it would not have got off the ground...good luck....

Way to go Fergulus! Be sure to keep us updated every so often as you progress...<br /><br />Take your time getting started... Before the sawsall comes out I usually get the boat semi cleaned up first and just make a plan as to where everything needs to be and draw the plan out on paper with exact measurements before I actually do anything... Nothing worse than having to go back and re-do something you already did...
