The "potty" in the boat has an accordion like plunger that is supposed to put water in the bowl - but it doesn't. Anyone have thoughts as to why?

OMG! I didn't realize there was a tank for the water! When I go to the boat later, I'll look - and bring the book. I can be so dense!
