I know the limit of the Cummins V-engines is about 3500HP in a pull truck. you cant get any more fuel to the injectors because there is not enough meat in the head to drill the fuel passages any more.

This will be the toughest crank I've had to spin in a long time. Need to build strength and endurance so I can get back to work. Cheap used get out and exercise unit.
