Re: The latest genius!

Stan, My baby daughter (24 years old) a true southern gal, graduated from the University of Texas and as theater person decided to seek her fortune way up north in New York City.

She called one night to inform her daddy (me) that those folks up there have a real problem with the language.

Seems they laughed and told her fixinto was not a word. She new otherwise cause when it was time for vittles (that would be southern dinner) she would say she was "fixinto go to dinner would anyone one like to come with her." We struggle within the colonies.

"Our dummies (iboat types) can not enjoy a great story without taking a stupid stab at some of our political persons trying to start a troll. For their ignorance we must apologize."

Alright, whoever you are, what have you done with the real txswinner?

In the state of Maryland, many banks have night deposit boxes for their patrons. One night, a group of men decided it would be a good idea to pull the box from the ground using the four-wheel drive vehicle. After tying a rope to the box and to the back of the truck, the men sped off. They did not realize, however, that the bumper and been ripped from the truck and was attached to the box; so was the license plate. Mall security quickly traced the plates and police were waiting at the men’s home when they arrived.

Love it! 8)

Quite often attend hit and run accidents where the perp has left their plate at the scene, real genius :}

We get a lot of banners being hung over road bridges which is illegal due to the danger of distracting drivers (like ours need any help?). Most of the time its stuff like "Happy Birthday Fred" etc but the classic recently was a major high street store. We took the banner down and went to chat to the manager. His first response was "How did you know it was us?" :}
