My Doral Boca Grande, Volvo's 8.1, First I did my engines risers intakes, both engines where leaking from the Exhaust Manifolds and Risers. One riser got so hot it burned my electrical cables photo-3.jpg:facepalm:
Then I found out my Upper Steering Pivot Seal was leaking on one housing. Now thats getting fix. I will keep you posted if I have any more bad news :pphoto-2.jpg

You should have noticed the engine temps rising above normal for quite awhile before it got hot enough to melt wiring. Those manifolds have been warning you for at least a year.
And leaks should be looked into quickly. Obviously a salt water boat.
