Finally had her hauled out today. Beautiful day to do it at least.

Only frustrating parts are that Im stuck on land for the next 6 months or so, and my wallet is $1200 lighter.

Now I can start my hull rebuilding project, or, once the checking account recovers a bit I can. I was a bit surprised when one of the crew with the haulers suggested that if I was reworking the hull, to consider a wave splitter design, as the original bow is way to flat and wide. I told him "my thoughts exactly..."

Really happy with the guys who hauled the boat out. If you're looking for a place in the Burlington VT area to work with, I suggest Fox Marine. They were more than accommodating once I explained my winter plans.

Yup, I tucked mine away on Tuesday night :( It's the season.........

I usually have mine tucked in when Killington opens for skiing.........

Next event is to swap over my wheels to change to the mounted snow tires.........

Yes Fox Marine has a decent reputation up there.

Just starting my season. Too danged hot (AZ) for boating-July-August-September.

I have a new Merc. 60 Four Stroke bolted to my old Whaler. She runs-Great! Two hours so far.

Instead of swapping tires, I swap vehicles. Need to replace a bunch of suspension bushings to put the Audi back on the road, then I'll be ready for the snow.

I've put $500 into that $240 car I bought 2 years ago. Not to shabby.

Can DJ be banned for that? :p
Cold, windy, and wet here at Lake of The Ozarks today.

I put the Missouri boat away yesterday afternoon.
Time to work on getting the Texas boat operational.
I may need to review all of Frisco's videos.
