Does any know how would I determine the weight of a 115 evinrude 1977 or if anyone would know the weight.

Most outboard weights are on the NADA site. The 115 should be in the 298 to 320 lb range.

The 20 inch J/E models weigh 269 pounds plus 27 pounds for the power tilt and trim if applicable.
