What's the diff between these two thermostats? I see both listed in the online manual for replacements. Serial 1A605923 Model 4211025UU

They are the same part, both are 160*F
Merc may change a design or iin most cases, it changes vendors so the part number is changed to keep track of configuration. In any case you can use either and they both work the same
