thermastat

Being the idiot that I am I took apart a thermastat on a 2001 50hp johnson and I need a diagram to put it back together any help would be great.

you will most likely have to buy a repair manual for your specific engine. It will show how to reassemble. Also try going to your local dealership and ask them how...I am sure they will help you out.

don't use the thermostat, IMHO it does nothing but over heat the engine, but the cover back on and forget about it!
