hi, i am trying to seperate the thermostat housing from the block on a 1969 85ho v4.<br /><br />i have removed two screws / bolts that secure<br />the housing to the block but it still wont budge.<br /><br />i am not sure if this is just the gasket sticking or if there are more bolts hidden by the cowling.<br /><br />as this is a $300 bakelite part i do not want to use too much muscle and risk breaking it.<br /><br />can anyone tell me if there are more bolts securing the housing to the block and how much muscle can these units handle before sending me bankrupt?
