Thermostat plate torque '95 75HP

The subject pretty much says it all. What is the proper torque for the bolts that hold the thermostat plate on a 1995 75HP triple cylinder?

Anyone have a good rule of thumb here? Don't mind buying a manual but it won't make before Friday when I put it away for the year. Thanks.
