My wife and I recently rented a small house on the Mad River just north of Eureka, CA for a vacation. The second day there I noticed the stern of a small boat poking out from under a nice blackberry bush next to the driveway and said to myself "That looks awfully familiar." Guess what. The blackberries were big and sweet.
