I was running my old Johnson TN-28 trying to sort out the bugs when this white-grey foam started oozing out of the stem under the powerhead. I just put coils and an impeller in this motor and I hope it wasn't a waste. I took it apart to investigate and it appears to be coming from the crank seal?
I assume it is fuel/oil and water mixing together somehow? I'm concerned it is a cracked block
Help??

Plugs are new and clean. None of this ooze in the exhaust chamber.
Motor is not running right. Was lean sneezing a lot and struggled to rev high if this helps
