This guy is crazy saw him saturday at saratoga lake public boat launch. Wish I was there to see him put it in the water and take it out. Think he had a jetski b/c of his trailer.

Kind of weird, but probabally within the tow rating of the bike.

Dkorzun- That is too funny! I wonder how it handles.

Oldjeep- Wow, just wow. I think they got up and it was backwards day! Pretty fancy looking trailer though.

Edit- just looked at the website- It is made for getting to a disabled vehicle in traffic and getting it the heck out of there ! Cool idea! That is truly a motorcycle trailer.

While it may be capable of pulling the jet ski, I'd sure hate to back my bike down that close to the water to put it in. Also, pulling out of the water could be interesting on that bike since it'd be easy to lay over since they weigh a ton.

LOL he better hope the ramp is completely dry or textured, and he doesnt have to back up very far to pull her out.

That is a first! It isn't entirely impossible he had a small fishing boat or canoe on it, and didn't even need to get near the ramp. Couple buddies to lift/carry it.

(That trailer looks a little 'off' to be a jetski trailer... Bow roller is too far forward, i'm guessing fairly small jonboat)

Well jet ski or jon boat, I'm unhitching the thing from the motorcycle and walking it down the ramp. Getting it back up may be a bigger issue.

In my misspent youth I pulled a 8ft jon boat on a small trl "we found" with a 1974 Honda XL 70cc.
I did not go too far or fast but had no problems.

I'd like to see them back the motorcycle down the ramp. Heck, I'd even get a kick out of seeing a guy try and walk the trailer down the ramp.

Oldjeep - that is a crazy contraption on the back of that motorcycle. I looked at the tech specs on the attached link, and it says it can tow up to 5500 lbs (five thousand, five hundred). Makes me want to have my Suburban flown over there, have it "break down", and then see that motorcycle try to tow it. Even better would be watching the motorcycle try to stop with a Suburban in tow.

I doubt it was jetski or jonboat. Most likely a canoe or kayak.

Ok got some more news on this guy. He was pulling a jetski to the lake, Not sure what kinda or how big it was but i posted the pic on facebook and one of my friends commented that he saw the guy on the highway 87 the same day. lol IM sure he will get back and I will get some more pics

Read the rest of the specs. 20 MPH absolute max, and the 'trailer' has its own braking system. Obviously not meant for long distance, but to get a vehicle to the next exit, I'm sure it does a fairly good job.

Pretty much like towing any load. Common sense and drive the conditions. I've towed things that would be more dangerous than this, done slow and carefully enough its safe.
