This trolling motor worth trying to fix?

I got a Free Minn Kota Powermax 47lb thrust trolling motor today. It runs fine for a few minutes then it will squeal a bit and then stops.

I opened up the motor and dumped out white corrosion stuff that looked like ash. The motor obviously had leaking issues cause it was sealed by silicone.

I pulled out the motor and now I can't figured out how to get it back in. It came out somewhat easily because the brushes(i think that's what they are) were sticking open.

Hopefully the pics and video will give you an idea of what's going on. Any advice will help.

Nope. Look carefully at the commutator end of the armature which is the area where the brushes run. It's toast. You would likely spend more money on parts than the unit is worth. Bearings and housing are also bad.

Used to own a trolling motor repair shop. Aint worth it. You'll have too much in parts
