:facepalm:Did something really stupid and got stuck with a Thompson offshore boat, (240 predecessors) that has major water and fungal rot under the floor and at the lower transom. The decking is fiber glass and there aren?t any access areas to the sub structure. To replace the tank it appears that the floor would need to be cut. Makes me sick thinking of it, but where can I find information on repairing the sub structure and transom?

At least when you get finished, you'll know that it's done solidly and you'll have many great years of fishing to come. On the plus side, lots of rod holders and great looking downriggers! If not this season, you'll be landing the big ones the next one!
