Im very new here, hope i'll find a place to introduce myself later.
I need advise from our pros here. For some reason, at WOT the throttle body is not opening all the way. I attached a video in a link below, where you'll see the actual gap at WOT. This gap is stealing me of approx 500rpms, its driving me crazy.
The engine is a 2004 Mercury 8HP 4Stroke, which was converted to a 15HP by carb swapping.
I already tried to adjust the linkage, but then unfortunately i was not able to get the idle RPMs right.
Engine Serial begins with OP31xxx

Also, the screw which would push the mechanism down in the picture below, is so far in (Stock setting) that it barely touches the mechanism at WOT. What is its purpose? Do i need to screw the screw out, so that it pushes the mechanism down earlier?
