Throttle linkage limiting on a 90 HP Etec

Going to put a 90 on a 15" AB VST rib. Overpowered I know, but exact same size and weight as the recommended 75, just a different computer. So for a few hundred more, and better resale, and etc.... Now for safety sake, I want to put some kind of mechanical throttle linkage limitation. To protect against accidental full throttle advancment to max (however it may happen) is there a way to limit the throttle linkage via a tie wrap/zip tie or...?
Suggestions? Thank you. Alan

You may as well have bought the 75 if you are going to limit full throttle application. Because you have the capability does not mean you have to use it. Besides, limiting throttle movement means getting a heavy load started will be pain because you can't use full throttle. That also means this engine, as long as you own it, will never have the opportunity to run at its recommended wide open throttle rpm. Would you buy a Corvette or Viper and then put a block of wood under the gas pedal?? In my view this is simply flawed logic. Buy the 75 and spend the difference in cost on other stuff.
