I have a 1983 mercury 9.8hp outboard on a sailboat. I have the motor locked in position. I'm trying to connect the throttle and shift cables up to the motor. There are positions on the right and left hand side of the engine where the cables are supposed to go. There is supposed to be some sort of lockdown for the cables just below the cover, but i have no idea what the part number is or what they look like. Any help here would b greatly appreciated.
