All,
Removed a prop, and cannot get the thrust washer off. Tried Kroil, heat and lightly tapping. No luck. What are the risks of just putting it back together that way. Doesn't seem like much.

I suppose I could grind it off, but planning on new drives in the next year or so.....

A smart rap with a hammer does the trick. The washer is softer than the shaft so no damage done.

Why are you wanting to remove it? If you are just swapping props with hubs of like kind it shouldn't be necessary. If you are going from or to a prop with a removable hub then you need a matched washer for that and yes the old one comes off.....and yes they are usually bronze on a SS shaft and they will give before the shaft will.

If corrosion has it stuck that's one thing. If it's stuck because the prop nut was too tight that's something else. I don't have the exact number for your engine, but on 13-14 inch diameter props the number is 55 ft lbs which is not that far over good and snug.
