Hi I was wondering if any one new if the amplifier module actually dictates the amount of juice that goes to the coil? Not just the advance. I have spark but I can hold the spark plug wire and only feel a tap. At this point I wish it would shock the hell out of me.
Replaced
Coil
Sencer in distributor
And yes the amplifier module
I went down the test process and past every test
But still week spark right from coil plug not distributor cap or plugs

The ignition module doesn't dictate the amount of voltage or amperage supplied to the coil. The battery(s) take care of that. Hopefully the battery(s) you have installed are of the correct size, connected prooerly and in good condition, otherwise you're not boating let alone having good spark

Ran all new leads and connectors have a 800 cca batery still not running (didn't check for spark) then I took the throttle cable off and ran it manual just out of desperation. Well don't ask me how or why but bamb the thing fired up idled like crap but it runs. That's for your input deeply appreciated
