I have a 2003 Mercury 9.9 EXLH O/B mounted on my 27' sailboat. I want it to stay in the middle so that my rudder steers the boat. There is a tensioner that slides from side to side which is suppose to tighten and loosen it. The tightener hardly has any tension and the motor moves to the side when underway. Is there an adjustment for the tensioner?
