Sorry, but I can only tell you that both my 120HP and 50HP Force (old Chrysler designs) both use Tillotsen TC-102A. I would try a Merc shop nearby, and ask if he can get you the kit for that number. My guess is, that Quicksilver has it,as they aquired the entire production of Force/Chrysler.<br />The needle on the 102A is rubber-tipped. The kit as I recall came with two types of seating. One was o-ring, the other was brass,and both were pressed-in.<br />The main nozzle is threaded into the tube,but bad things happened to me, when I attempted to remove one. I ended-up having to buy a junker carb to get a good one out of. So I would leave it be,and run compressed air thu it,if I ever have to do another one (who needs that "dissimular metals" jive anyway?).<br />I did a little browzin-around, and came up with this link below.I hope it helps ya.<br />
