I am looking for a tilt/trim for my johnson 50.<br />The engine is from 1974 (50esl,74m)<br />Who can help me , they say they are not so much on the market.<br />Who can help me.<br />I believe it is a special kit

I would go with This. By the time you find one(If you do), and pay for it and install it, you will be close to the price of the CMC unit. And it is new!! Nothing but great reviews on these T&T units...

Might try E-bay. every once in a while they have some.. If you have no T&T at all now, you will need the whole nine yards, including mods to your control...<br /><br />EDIT- Other years and HP T&T may fit, also. I'm not sure which, but others will know. You may want to start a new post using that as the topic...

I put a '79 TNT on on a '74 v4. I had to make some bushings for the steering shaft, and shim up the lower motor cover to make it work.
