tilt and trim leak help

Model; e40elenj dont know which bolts to unscrew first there is 4 holes on top of the cylinder and 1 allen bolt the manual does not explain how to take apart shows pictures I don't want to screw it up.

Not really sure what is going on here?

Ill assume by your title that your motor is leaking down.

is the manual release screw seated and torqued?

Is it losing fluid? Checked the resevoir and bled?

The cylinder is leaking in the top where the 4 holes are to remove the cylinder cup to get the assambly out. My question is how do I get the assambly out the cup since to be very shot to replace the seals and or orings.
