Tilt and Trim

Power tilt and trim crapped out any suggestions on where to start? And how does the wiring go again if i just want to lower it cylinders stuck at the top

Normally PTT units have manual releases. If you post year and HP of the motor, we can give more factual advise.

its a 1990 60hp VRO

Do you hear the trim motor running when the trim switch is in the up and down positons?

I tested it today have power right to TT motor but think its burnt out

ARCO and Sierra make aftermarket replacement PTT motors. You might see if they have one for your model.
