Tilt motor won't go up

I have a 1998 250 hp ox66 fuel injected motor. I removed the tilt motor wires to install a new trim sensor, and when I reconnected everything, the tilt motor was not going up. It works in the down position perfectly. I'm sure I connected everything correctly. Any suggestions?

First go back over the connections. Does the solenoid click when you press the up button?

The solenoid did click at first, then it did nothing.

double check your ground leads and make sure the solinoid ground got reinstalled.
