My electric tilt for my '69 Evinrude 85 HP motor will not go down completly when I push the switch down. I have to push the switch down then run back to the motor and push it down and repeat this process until the motor is fully down. The tilt goes up perfectly fine. I already tried changing the oil in the tilt pump. Does anyone know what I should check for or what the problem could be?
