Tilt Ram Cap Replacement-2002 115 TXRA

I was looking through the Yamaha catalog for a replacement cap for the Tilt Ram on my 2002 115 TRXA. I noticed they sell the whole assembly (ram, seals, etc), but not just the cap. This is the screw cap that requires the special tool to remove to get inside the ram to replace the seals. Is this true?

Is there an aftermarket or another brand that will fit on this? After all, its a Showa Tilt and Trim assembly.
