Tilt switch for 703 controls

Anyone know where to get a tilt switch for a 703 yamaha control. Im installing a tilt on a yamaha 50hp outboard with a 703 control<br /><br />Any help is appreciated

Yes, I just had to get one.<br />The part number is 703-82563-02-00 TRIM & TILT SWITCH.<br />You can search on the part number and find some places that sell it.

Burr<br /> does your presant control have trim? if not you will need additional parts as well as a switch.

Thanks guys, I will search the part number. It doesnt have the tilt ram... though I found one so corrent me if Im wrong I only need the switch and the relays now.

if your current control box handle does not have trim you may need the correct plasic part and retaininers.

instead of opening the control box up why not just install a remote momentay switch?
