Re: Tilt / Trim Help Needed

Welcome aboard iboats Wavedancer.

The procedure for adding TNT fluid to your rig is simple.

Tilt the engine all the way up. Remove the fill plug on the reservoir and top of. You may want to lower the nose of the boat as much as possible to get the reservoir as level as possible.

Put the fill plug back in and cycle the engine up and down 3 to 4 times and leave the engine up again.

Remove the fill plug and check the level again and top of if needed. (by the way, the correct level is even with the fill hole)

Repeat the procedure until you don't have to add any more fluid to the reservoir.

Let us know if you have any problems after. Thanks.

Thanx a lot OBJ

Is the fill hole the one with the fairly big screw on the back section of the unit sitting against the transom?

Wavedancer
