Tilt & trim pressure release adjustment

2004 yamaha 70 2 stroke.
Can the tilt & trim be adjusted so that if contact with an underwater obstruction occurs the motor will come up?

It will rise by itself but one usually has to change their underwear afterward

there are spring loaded check valves inside that allow it to raise when hitting something,
but the boat will come to an abrupt stop as it is doing this.

never heard of anyone putting in weaker springs, but might be able to do that.
