Tilt Trim Problem

I have a 1975 115hp, when the engine is in the up position it will bleed down in about 15 minutes. Can someone give me an idea on where to start.

I would check for leaks in the cylinders. Are the cylinder arms pitted? It could as simple as tightening up the connections or the cylinders may need to be rebuilt ot there may be a leak in the motor/resiviour.

Also make sure that the pressure relief valve is seated tightly.

the rams look like new and there is no external leakage. The screw for the relief is frozen, I am going to get an impact driver on the way home tonight.
