never happened before. pulled the boat for the winter. when i got it out of the water on the trailer, the tilt motor was purring away with the engine fully up. couldn't get it to stop, so turned off battery. battery back on, no problem for about 60 seconds, then came on again.<br /><br />few days later when i winterized the boat, couldn't get it to "stick" again. except for it correcting itself, what are my likely causes? where should i first look? thanks-<br /><br />btw, 1998 johnson 150hp oceanrunner.
