1991 25hp tiller/rope motor. The motor doesn't seem to have a catch that holds the lower leg up and out of the water. I can flip down a little bracket on the motor which rests on the 'angle pin' to tilt it up some but when I am coming up to a beach the motor still hits way before the boat ever comes close to bottom. <br /> Don't these motors have something that can hold the motor up, close to horizontal or is mine just missing something off of it? It sure would be nice to be able to paddle up to a beach and hop out with dry feet instead of always having to wade the last few feet because the @#$@# motor is bouncing over the rocks again.<br /><br /> Sean
