Time to replace helm & cable

Good day, Here is my present set up;
Twin Engine 4.3lx 1989 OC534197, OC454332 with Alpha Drives OF162055 OF162054
Both engines have Power Steering Pump Installed. Only Port Engine is connected to to Steering. It is a rotery Teleflex System SH 5023.
I will be replacing Helm and cable. I have not check what lenght cable I need yet.
I will be buying SeaStar I think because of good reputation & words in IBoat Forum.
My Questions;
If I replace the complete system, Would it be and advantage to go Dual Engine Set Up instead of Single like present installation?
If not what SeaStar Helm P/N should I buy that Is good for my twin engine Boat?

Nope,.... SoP is still the same whether 2 motors or 3 or 4,...

Steerin' goes to 1 drive, 'n the rest are tie-barred together,...
