Hello all again,
It started as a joke, someone said how do we pull it and someone said cut the back off, The owner broke out his sawsall and started cutting. The rest is history. We did get a lot of strange looks going down the freeway.

OK Folks,
May not be as exciting as some of the others but I dis make some progress this weekend finally.
I managed to get the stringers all glassed in.

Next time home I will work on the sub deck and the bulkheads,\
I will also pick up the ply for the deck.
Now that the stringers are in I can work on the deck template too.
Like I said not as exciting as the others but progress.
One question for the group.
Since this boat does have sub decks that go in the ski locker, under the gas tank and in the bilge area should I paint the area these decks cover since it's for drainage and once the are covered, I will not be able to get to them again.
Your thoughts are always appreciated.

To get the ply to bend I just put a board between the two stringers and clamps on the front to pull them together.The back part is actually sitting right against the chimes and PL in place.
The wife and mother nature both gave me a good day.

hey bob are you going to paint the underside of you deck if the answer is no then I would not mess with painting under the subdecks

Thanks for the response.
I haven't decided if I'm going to paint the entire underside or not. I am going to paint the bilge area and was thinking about painting the drainage areas for extra insurance. Just a thought.

Thanks, The deck is still out a ways.
I'll be glad to see it in myself.
The next time I'm home I'll be trying to finish the below deck stuff, that will take most of the next weekend. I knew it would be slow going when I started but it's at least going.
