Timing on 115 hp merc

Can someone please tell me at what rpm you need to be at to set the timing on a 115 hp mercury outboard, seriel number 7003976?

It needs to be set at idle and at WOT. If you dont set it just right, you WILL burn that motor up in no time. The local shop charges me 30 dollars to time all the engines I rebuild. If you dont do that, atleast get a good manual with step by step instructions on the procedure.
