Tips on Installing Exhaust Manifold 7.4L ?

I recently purchased a 1996 2858 Cierra 7.4L Mercruiser that needs the exhaust manifold replaced on the port side. I decided to do both sides. This will be my first time doing anything major on this vessel. Any tips or heads up before the wrenches start flying?

Any help or tidbits of advice would be greatly appreciated. I will try and take before and after shots to post. I will be attempting this marvel of mechanics this weekend.

I think the biggest thing that might help you is to spray some PB Blaster on the bolts and let them soak for a bit - overnight is good. Take a small hammer and gently tap each bolt after spraying and then do it again. Avoid WD40 if at all possible - it's pretty useless in this type of situation. The PB Blaster is good stuff. Bought mine at ACE, but Home Cheapo and Lowe's sell's it as well.
