Tiring of the neap tides

Looking forward to the end of the week and this weekend. Tides are very weak last few days and fishing is nonexistant.

Yeah, same here. BTW, how is "neap" pronounced in your area? All my life here, it's been pronounced "nip", even though it's spelled "neep".

Don't feel bad, fishing was not good here either on Saturday, no fish. First time skunked since beginning of May.

To be honest, I've never heard anyone around here pronounce it. I always said like NEEP. But I like NIP better!
