Yup, it is helpful, but I was just clarifying, because the number posted by the OP is not a model number, which is why its not on the ME listing.

wow thanks guys didn't intend to **** anyone off, just figured that would get the most attention, i have discovered its a 1964 or 65 seventy five horse v-4 engine, thanks to all who assisted in this!!!!!!!!!
