I managed to get the lower stem cut, and glued... now I need to work on the upper and get the two bolted together. <br /><br />Will prolly get out for some more wood on friday... hope to pick up enough for the transom, keelson, and chines..... <br /><br />I do know however I'm stuck between a rock and a hard spot on this one. Looking at a move shortly, and the last thing I want to move is a 15' skeleton of a boat, But on the other hand I want this boat finished by spring.... so If it takes moving the skeleton, or hull then thats what it means....<br /><br />First thing I must do now is get the Sea Ray cleaned out and taken care of for winter....

how soon do you expect that to happen and how far away do you expect to go? can you have the hull done before that time comes? if you find an old trailer and put the bottom part of the hull on it, it'll carry a lot of stuff <br /><br />See i'm always here to help lol
