To Buy or No to Buy

So I was cruising through CL today and stumbled across this http://lubbock.craigslist.org/boa/3896646772.html

All I know about it right now is what's in the ad. What could be the reason for the stalling at high revs?

I did notice it hasn't been tagged in a year so I guess its been sitting.

Would this be a good buy and flip if y'all think the rev problem can be easily fixed?

CL Ad has been deleted by the poster, so I guess it would be a 'no to buy'.
